7-Night Southern & Central Kruger Safari – Nature Enthusiast Package

This immersive safari is designed for the true nature lover. Over 7 nights, you’ll explore three of Kruger National Park’s premier camps in the Southern and Central regions. This extended stay allows us to cover a variety of habitats, increasing your chances of unforgettable wildlife and birding sightings.

The itinerary is flexible—our goal is to create the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. You and your guide will plan your day together, meaning if you’d like to sleep in or take part in an optional activity like a bush walk or night drive, we’ll adjust the day’s schedule accordingly.

The safari is done in one of our open safari vehicles with an expert guide that is highly experienced and passionate.

Day 1 – Arrival and Introduction to Kruger

• Arrival at OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) or alternatively (our preferred option) arrive in Nelspruit or Skukuza Airport
• Transfer by shuttle or private transfer to Nelspruit (in the case of arrival at OR Tambo Int Airport)
• Meet your guide and transfer to Kruger National Park
• Short game drive en route to your first camp before check-in

Day 2 – Exploring the Area

• Early wake-up with coffee, tea, and rusks
• Morning game drive (3–4 hours), return for breakfast
• Leisure time to enjoy the camp and its rich birdlife
• Afternoon game drive until gate closing

Day 3 – Camp Change & Full-Day Adventure

• Early wake-up and light refreshments
• Depart on a full morning game drive with luggage packed
• Stop for breakfast and lunch at picnic sites or camps en route
• Arrive at your next camp for check-in at 14:00
• Optional short afternoon drive at 15:30–16:00, return by gate closing

Day 4 – Wildlife and Relaxation

• Early morning start with tea, coffee, and rusks
• Game drive at gate opening
• Stops for meals during the day at rest or picnic sites
• Return to camp by sunset

Day 5 – On the Move Again

• Morning departure with packed bags
• Breakfast and lunch stops in the park
• Arrival and check-in at the next camp in the early afternoon
• Afternoon game drive before gate closing

Day 6 – In-depth Exploration

• Early start with morning refreshments
• Morning game drive (3–4 hours)
• Leisure time in camp—perfect for birdwatching, swim, cold beer or a nap
• Late afternoon game drive

Day 7 – Last Full Day in the Wild

• Morning departure with luggage packed
• Enjoy a scenic drive through the park with breakfast en route
• Check in at the final camp in the early afternoon
• Final afternoon game drive until sunset

Day 8 – Departure

• A more relaxed morning to pack and prepare
• Light refreshments before departure
• Exit the park with a breakfast stop on the way
• Return transfer to Nelspruit in time for your shuttle back to OR Tambo International Airport
