Our Split Day Family Safari in the Kruger National Park is a fantastic option for families who want the best wildlife windows, early morning and late afternoon, without spending the entire day in the vehicle. It includes a morning safari (±5 hours) and an afternoon safari (±4 hours) on the same day, with a comfortable break in between.

This is especially helpful for children, as it avoids the hottest part of the day and gives everyone time to rest before heading back out.

Morning session (±5 hours)

We start early for peak activity, with a relaxed pace and a breakfast stop included.

Midday break

Time to rest, eat, and recharge, either at your accommodation or a planned rest period (depending on your location and the day’s logistics).

Afternoon session (±4 hours)

We return for the late-day drive when temperatures drop and animals often become active again. A comfort stop can be included if needed.
