7 Night Standard Kruger Park Safari

This is the nature enthusiast package! We will be spending 7 night in the Kruger National Park in 3 different camps in the Southern and Central Regions of the park. Spending this much time allows you to see a big potion of the park with all its different habitats and thus increasing your chances of some spectacular sightings. This package is also perfect for you to do some additional optional activities like bushwalks, night drives etc (Please see Optional activities sheet).

On these packages we are quite flexible when it comes to times for example game drive times etc. We leave it up to the guests and their guide to decide on how their day will commence. Thus if guests want to sleep in one morning or would like to do an optional activity then the drives can be planned around that.

Drinks (Except for water on the Open Safari Vehicle while doing game drives)

Gratuities (If you had an amazing experience you are welcome to give the guide something small to show appreciation however this is completely optional and up to the guest)

Things to remember

Please dress warmly as it gets extremely cold on the back of the vehicle. We do provide small blankets & ponchos, but they might not be enough.
Camera & Binoculars (Please remember to fully charge you camera batteries the night before as it’s no fun when it dies, and a leopard sit next to the vehicle)
Drinks (NO ALCOHOL)
Food (You can bring your own Food, or you can make use of the shops and restaurant facilities at the various camps and picnic spots where we will stop for breakfast & lunch)

Itinerary

Day 17 Night Standard Kruger Park Safari

• Arrival at OR Tambo International Airport
• Transfer with a shuttle bus to Nelspruit
• You will be picked up by your Guide and taken to the Kruger Park
• A Short afternoon drive on your way to the camp before check in

Day 2 7 Night Standard Kruger Park Safari

• Early morning wake up with coffee, tea and rusks before departure
• Depart for a 3 – 4 hour game drive and return to camp for breakfast
• Time at leisure to explore the camp site with all its amazing birdlife
• Depart for an Afternoon Game Drive until gate closing

Day 3 7 Night Standard Kruger Park Safari

• Early morning wake up
• Coffee, tea and rusks before departure
• Depart on game drive when the gates open with luggage packed
• Stop for breakfast and lunch at one of the picnic or camp sites
• Lunch at the next camp with check in at 14:00
• Depart for an afternoon game drive at 15:30/16:00 & return at gate closing.

Day 47 Night Standard Kruger Park Safari

• Early morning wake up
• Coffee, tea and rusks before departure
• Depart on game drive when the gates open
• Stop for breakfast and lunch at one of the picnic or camp sites
• Back in camp at gate closing

• Wake up call not too early as bags must be packed and ready to go
• Coffee, tea and rusks before we depart with all the luggage
• We stop for breakfast on route before we exit the park to get back to Nelspruit in time for your shuttle service back to OR Tambo Int Airport
